What Will You Carry Forward?

This month, you’ve done some real work. You’ve noticed.
You’ve released. You’ve made space. You’ve practiced receiving.
Now, it’s time to intentionally move forward.
We often think transformation comes in one big moment, but in reality, transformation happens slowly, subtly, in the smallest choices we make every day.
Before you rush into a new cycle, pause here. Breathe. Reflect.
Ask yourself: What do I want to carry forward?
Guided Reflection:
1. What have I learned about myself this month? Think about what surfaced when you slowed down. What patterns became clear? What strength surprised you?
2. What felt most supportive? Was it a breath practice, a slower flow, a mantra, a new boundary, or showing up for class when you didn’t feel like it?
3. What am I ready to leave behind for good? Reaffirm what’s no longer yours to carry. Whether it’s self-doubt, comparison, over commitment, or something else—acknowledge it, and let it go again.
4. What am I choosing to carry forward? Let this be your new anchor. It could be something tangible, like a breath technique, or something energetic, like softness or consistency.
Example list to inspire:
My commitment to rest
The reminder that I am enough
Breath awareness in difficult moments
A slower, more grounded pace
The confidence to ask for help
Don't forget:
Movement doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.
Let your next step be intentional.
Let your presence be your power. And remember—you don’t have to carry it all.
Just take what serves you.
Leave the rest in the dark.
We’re walking into the light now.
