Class Descriptions
Yogilates
Yogilates blends mindful Pilates toning with yoga’s fluid mobility to build deep core strength and ease in the muscles. Flow through breath‑connected sequences using bodyweight, gentle pulses, and sometimes light props to expand awareness and lengthen the body. This grounded, supportive practice nurtures both resilience and relaxation for all experience levels.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow offers a deeply centering experience that honors breath, body, and presence. You’ll move through thoughtfully paced sequences with extended holds designed to unwind tension, open tight muscles, and soothe the nervous system. This class creates space for breath awareness and gentle self‑reflection. Ideal for calming the mind and revitalizing the body.
Sculpt
Join Sculpt for an energizing, dynamic full‑body workout that’s anything but predictable. With resistance bands, hand weights, and creative sequencing, this class keeps your mind engaged and your muscles challenged. Led by Gigi’s uplifting energy and motivational style, you'll feel resilient, empowered, and proud of your strength, no matter your starting point.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga invites you into a supportive, soothing practice where intention meets ease. You’ll hold and flow through calming poses that enhance balance, mobility, and mindfulness, with the evening classes winding down your day with a restorative sound bath featuring Dominee’s singing bowls. Perfect for all levels.
Barre Strong
Barre Strong begins with small pulses and isometric holds at the barre to build your strongest legs/glutes as well as cultivate balance and stamina, then will move into weighted and wall‑Pilates exercises that tone, sculpt, and elevate your metabolism. It’s a powerful yet accessible mix that builds confidence, heart health, and lean muscle, all without overwhelming impact.
Chair Strength & Balance
Chair Strength & Balance uses the stability of a chair to support mobility, strength training, and gentle balance work. Ideal for those who find the floor challenging or simply appreciate a seated variation, this class integrates breathwork and functional movement to build confidence and ease. It’s an empowering class for anyone seeking strength, independence, and grace, regardless of physical ability.
Outdoor Yogilates
Outdoor Yogilates takes your favorite mindful movement into the fresh air and sunshine at the Summer House's back lawn. (the yellow house right beside us!) Blending the playful energy of Pilates with yoga’s fluid grace, you’ll tone your core, strengthen your muscles, and refresh your spirit... all surrounded by nature’s calming beauty. This is the perfect way to wrap up your Friday, cultivating joy, mindfulness, and balance in the most uplifting outdoor setting.
