Gentle Yoga
A great class for beginners and advanced yogis alike, our gentle yoga is a great way to destress, improve balance and mobility, and walk away feeling refreshed and empowered.
Our evening gentle yoga classes end with a soundbath as Dominee plays her singing bowls.
Barre Strong
This low-impact, high-burn class blends the best of both worlds:
Start at the barre with small, controlled pulses and isometric holds to build stamina, improve balance, and support heart health through steady, intentional movement. Then head to the mat for slow, focused strength training using heavier weights to sculpt lean, strong muscles.
And we can't forget adding in some wall Pilates!
Bonus? The calorie burn doesn’t stop when class ends—strength training helps boost your metabolism for hours afterward.

Free Your Body
Move your body. Clear your mind. This music-led movement experience begins slow, builds energy, then softens into stillness. There are no steps to follow and nothing to get right. Whether you dance, sway, stretch, or stay still, this is your space to release, reconnect, and feel free. All bodies and movement styles are welcome.
Slow Flow
A great class for beginners and advanced yogis alike, expect slow transitions, longer holds, and a focus on breath and body. It's the perfect class to wring out tight muscles and stress alike!
Sculpt
This dynamic class keeps your body guessing and your mind engaged with a mix of resistance bands, hand weights, and full-body movement.
Led by the vibrant and motivating Gigi, it’s as uplifting as it is effective. Her energy and clear guidance make even the tough moments feel empowering.

Yogilates
This low-impact class blends Pilates toning with yoga-inspired mobility to build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. Move with intention through breath-connected sequences using bodyweight resistance, small pulses, and occasional props like bands or light weights.
Designed for all levels, this class will leave you feeling grounded, lengthened, and strong—from the inside out.
Chair Strength & Balance
Don't let the name deceive you. Even the most mobile bodies can find a challenge in this class! We use our chairs to aid in balance and stretches, strength train, as well as work on mobility and breathwork. It's the perfect class for anyone who might struggle getting up and down from the floor, or can't be on their hands and knees!
