A powerful blend of Pilates toning and yoga mobility, this slow-paced, low-impact class helps you build deep core strength, enhance flexibility, and move with intention. You’ll flow through mindful sequences that connect movement to breath, combining bodyweight resistance, small pulses, and somatic movement to increase body awareness and reduce stress.
Sometimes we add light weights, bands, or a ball—but the real work comes from within. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your yoga practice, this class is designed for every body. Come experience the strength beneath the surface and leave feeling grounded, lengthened, and strong.

If a pilates class, a barre class, and a yoga class had a baby, this would be it. Expect mat work, strength training, and deep stretching in this energetic class that will make you feel so strong!
Don't let the name deceive you. Even the most mobile bodies can find a challenge in this class! We use our chairs to aid in balance and stretches, strength train, as well as work on mobility and breathwork. It's the perfect class for anyone who might struggle getting up and down from the floor, or can't be on their hands and knees!
