Book a class tailored specifically to your group’s needs Designed for up to 6 people (with the option to add more), it’s a great way to share movement, laughter, and intentional time together.
Cancellation Policy
Private Class Policy We’re so glad you’re interested in booking a private session with us! To help us create the best experience for you and manage our schedule fairly, please review the following policies: Booking & Payment: All private sessions must be booked in advance and require payment at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Group private classes include up to 6 participants; additional guests may be added for an extra fee per person. At this time, all private sessions take place in-studio only. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate. If you're running late, please contact us—your session may still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled private session and haven’t contacted us, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Special Requests: We’re happy to tailor your session to meet your group’s needs—just let us know ahead of time if there’s something specific you’re looking for (relaxation, strength-building, breathwork, etc.).
