Service Description
Fall Equinox Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga Honor the changing season with an evening of deep rest, reflection, and sound. The fall equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet in nearly equal measure before we begin our gradual turn toward longer nights. It’s a beautiful invitation to slow down, take stock of what we’ve been carrying, and consider what we’re ready to release as we enter a new season. We’ll begin with gentle, fully supported restorative yoga poses designed to help the body soften and settle. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness for an immersive sound bath with singing bowls, allowing you space to simply rest and receive. Our theme for the evening will be Balance, Release & Turning Inward: honoring both the light and dark, appreciating what this season of life has given us, and making space for what comes next. No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are. Comfortable clothes, blankets, cozy socks, and anything else that helps you feel at ease are encouraged. Rest. Reflect. Release. Welcome the season ahead.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for joining Empower Yoga Hartwell! We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all members. By becoming a member, you agree to the following: 1. Membership & Auto-Draft Payment - Membership fees will be automatically drafted on the same day each month if you have an auto-renewing membership. (Auto-renewing memberships do not include Yearly Unlimited, 6 Month Unlimited, Single Class Passes, or Pass Packages) - Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. 2. Membership Cancellation - To cancel, email studio@empoweryogahartwell.com no earlier than two weeks before your renewal date. - If you fail to cancel within this period, your membership will renew, and you will be charged for the upcoming month, after which your membership will cancel. 3. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy - $8 fee for cancellations made within 2 hours of class time. - $12 fee for cancellations made within 1 hour of class time. - No-shows will be marked if you have not arrived by class time, so please arrive at class before its start time. - Empower Yoga Hartwell has a no-refund policy. 4. Class Cancellations by the Studio - We reserve the right to cancel classes when necessary. In this case, you’ll be notified as early as possible, no passes will be used, and no fees will be charged. If you have not booked a class, you will not receive notification, so please book classes you plan to attend. 5. Injury & Liability - By attending classes, you acknowledge and assume any risks. Empower Yoga Hartwell is not responsible for injuries sustained during class or on the premises. You are responsible for your own health and safety. 6. Community & Conduct - Empower Yoga Hartwell promotes inclusivity, respect, and kindness. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of disrespect or harassment. We reserve the right to cancel memberships and remove members if necessary to maintain a positive environment. 7. No Sharing of Membership - Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be shared. 8. Personal Belongings - Please store personal items responsibly. Empower Yoga Hartwell is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. 9. Class Reservations - We recommend booking classes in advance, as space may be limited. 10.
