About the event
Join us 9am every last Saturday of the month for a rejuvenating morning where community and yoga meet.
Whether you're a yoga newbie, are looking to ease back into a gentle practice, or just want to meet yourself and your community on the mat, this class is perfect for you.
No yoga experience? No problem! If you can sit on the ground, you're ready to join in!
Bring a friend or come solo: everyone is welcome! We have a mats and blocks to borrow, but if you can bring your own if you have them, it leaves more props available for those who might not!
Let's gather to nurture our mental and physical health together in a supportive and empowering environment.
