Honor the changing season with an evening of deep rest, reflection, and sound.
The fall equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet in nearly equal measure before we begin our gradual turn toward longer nights. It’s a beautiful invitation to slow down, take stock of what we’ve been carrying, and consider what we’re ready to release as we enter a new season.
We’ll begin with gentle, fully supported restorative yoga poses designed to help the body soften and settle. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness for an immersive sound bath with singing bowls, allowing you space to simply rest and receive.
Our theme for the evening will be Balance, Release & Turning Inward: honoring both the light and dark, appreciating what this season of life has given us, and making space for what comes next.
