A two-day event (you don’t have to come to both, but you would get so much more from attending both days!)
Yoga blocks are used as an extension of the arms in our practices, but they can also be used to support the back, head, and hips. Blocks can be used in the seated to standing position to improve both flexibility and alignment.
Bow pose is a powerful asana that open your shoulders from the front of your body. It relieves tightness, reduces slouching, and improves your posture. Bow pose stretches your abdomen, chest, shoulders and quadriceps while strengthening your back muscles, hamstrings and glutes. Bows can be done standing, lying down, against the wall and there are many variations for all levels of practice.
