Empower Yoga Hartwell Single Class Pass & Pass Package Policy Welcome to Empower Yoga Hartwell! We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive space for all. By purchasing a single class pass or pass package, you agree to the following policies: 1. Pass Usage: - Passes can be used for any regular class. - Passes cannot be transferred to or used by any other person, - Passes expire 6 weeks from the purchase date. There are no extensions or refunds for unused or expired passes. 2. Class Cancellations: - If you cancel within 2 hours of class time, your pass will be used, and no refund will be provided. - No-shows will result in the pass being used, with no refunds. - Cancellations made more than 2 hours before class will keep the pass valid for future use within its validity period. 3. No-Refund Policy: - All single passes and packages are non-refundable, including for unused or expired passes. 4. Class Cancellations by the Studio: - Empower Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes. If a class is canceled, all participants will be notified as early as possible. No passes will be used or fees charged in these cases. 5. Injury & Liability: - By attending classes, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with physical activity. Empower Yoga is not responsible for injuries sustained during class or on the premises. You are responsible for your own health and safety. 6. Community & Conduct: - Our studio promotes inclusivity, respect, and kindness. Any behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of others will result in revoked access to the studio, ensuring a safe space for all. 7. Personal Belongings: - Please store personal items responsibly. Empower Yoga is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. 8.
